Overview:

​We’re looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience and excellent communication skills. Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere, photography or videography are all a plus, though not required. The Social Media Manager creates and manages content and supports execution of marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties

  • Develop, execute, schedule, and post social media content (text, photos and video) on various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram 

  • Monitor and respond to guest comments, reviews and messages in a timely manner, determined by industry and customer service best practices

  • Write copy both individually and in collaboration with the divisional marketing team including but not limited to marketing campaigns, projects, websites, blogs and special events

  • Grow social media communities strategically engaging with current and potential followers, and managing influencer partnerships

  • Develop, coordinate, attend and capture social media at events as needed

  • Assist with updating online content including but not limited to Luxe website & business profiles

  • Maintain proficiency and safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools, equipment, software and platforms including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom and cameras

  • Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction

  • Multitask calmly and effectively under pressure
